I saw the Band at Beverley Folk Festival last weekend in East Yorkshire Uk. I was blown away, and cant wait to see them do a whole gig at Beverley Memorial Hall August 22nd 2009(differnet to what it says in Bands Calender!) Im deep in lust with tink and Josiah and all stirred up find myself yodelling at odd moments and why not? Rivkah
Blown away by you guys at Rhythm Festival last year and was gutted when the last available CDs were sold before my very eyes.
Luckily a pal of mine was successful in getting some so I had to survive on copied albums until the band returned to these shores.
Finally after a long 10 months I get to see the band live again at the excellent Linton Festival. And before you went on I purchased all 3 of your most recent CDs and was ecstatic at getting a FREE CD as a bonus. The excellent Ancient Murphy. As for the show well what can I say. Just awesome. Josh joining in the banter down the front and even bowing to requests to play Syd especially for us.
Spent an hour after the show talking to the band and then proceeded to revisit the whole experience the next day at Wolverhampton. Rather more intimate show than Linton but just as good.
Again lots of time spent talking to all band members after the show.
Can't wait to see you guys again at Rhythm Festival. I am spreading the word to all my friends.
